Green Delta Housing has undertaken the task of intensive campaigning and publicity through all publicity media including different printing and electronic media with a view to promoting development of tourism industry in the country. In the mean-while we are organizing talk-show with the prominent personalities of the country about development and prospects of the tourism industry in different Television Channels. For instance we are presenting this 720 k.m. sea beach through out the world as country of tourism by taking video footage apart from putting on air different documentaries on tourism city and advertisements in all TV channels in the country including transmitting 'some experiences and some words on the development of tourism industry by Green Delta Housing', on each Wednesday on RTV at 12pm, 'Green Delta Housing interest free life and halal earnings' at 3pm on each Friday on Islamic TV, 'Green Delta Housing Talk of the Week' at 11.30pm on each Thursday on Bangla Vision, 'Green Delta Housing Arshi Nagar' at 4.05pm on each second and fourth Tuesday of every month on Channel I. In addition to electronic media we are publishing continuous reports about development and potentialities of tourism in different printing media of the country. Apart from it we are organizing different meetings, seminars and roundtable conferences on tourism and we are also making extensive publicity through internet with the aim to presenting our tourist spots to the world so that our country may get the identity of best tourism country. We can be deck our country also as world standard tourism country like Dubai, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Jeddah city of Saudi Arabia, Middle East, Miami of America, Shanghai of China, Mumbai of India. Green Delta Housing is constructing international standard 3 star and 5 star serviced apartment, shopping center and housing project in Cox's Bazar and Kuakata with a view to secure investment and interest free halal earning for the industrialist, businessman, local, immigrant and retired persons of the country. If the development plans taken at the government- private level in the development of tourism centers are implemented then by 2018 tourism cities of Cox's Bazar and Kuakata will become the world praised tourism cities. By the year 2020 Bangladesh will step into the list of best tourism countries of the world, will become beautiful Bangladesh of the dream.
Various steps have been undertaken to develop Cox's Bazar as an international standard tourism center at the initiative of government and private. For example a master plan has been drawn up to up grade Dhaka- Chittagong- Cox's Bazar road to 6 lane highway road, rail communication, Airport and cricket stadium and in addition to marine drive road from Cox's Bazar to Teknaf with a view to development of tourism up to Saint Martin Island from Cox's Bazar via Teknaf it has been incorporated in the master plan. Under this various steps have been taken like hotel motel zone, playing ground, government offices and courts, residential and commercial area, amusement park, Education zone, natural park, eco tourism, industrial area, tourist zone, eco tourism in Saint Martin and tourism entertainment arrangement of international standard. The pioneer of development of tourism industry of the country Green Delta Housing is constructing 3 star and 5 star standard serviced apartment and various residential projects including all facilities of international standard at Cox's Bazar. As a result of all these developments of Cox's Bazar- Himchary- Inany- Shapuri Island- Teknaf- Saint Martin will be the meeting place of those who are interested in tourism the world over.
The Sundarbans is the only mangrove forest in the world and 'natural heritage' declared by the United Nations. At present Sundarban is one of the foremost claimants in the selection of seven natural wonders of the world. We are very optimistic that our Sundarban will be selected as one of the seven wonders and if selected, the whole world will know Bangladesh in a new manner, as country of natural seven wonders, will know as a country of tourism. Crores of lovers of tourism of the entire world including India and China will come to Bangladesh which will be famed as country of Sundarbans and they will spend millions of dollars to see the beauty of Bangladesh.
The Padma Bridge has ushered in a new horizon of development of tourism industry in tourism city, Kuakata. As a result of Padma Bridge the tourism industry and commercial importance of south-west region of the country including daughter of the sea, Kuakata and Barisal- Faridpur- Gopalgonj- Bagerhat- Khulna- Sundarban will be multiplied. Apart from Padma Bridge by the year 2013 decision has been taken to introduce communication system without ferry on Dhaka Kuakata, install rail communication between Dhaka- Kuakata and to construct 3rd port of the country in Kuakata. Besides if Bangabandhu international Airport is constructed in the south west region of the country then the prospects of Kuakata in tourism industry will be enhanced manifold. The sea daughter Kuakata will get intensive identity internationally which is famous for its sunrise and sundown. And it will reverberate with the foot steps of many tourists. Green Delta Housing is also constructing international standard 3 star and 5 star studio type serviced apartment project and ‘Green Delta tourism city' there to develop Kuakata.
Green Delta Housing has taken up a master plan for development of tourism industry of the country and it is implementing it by phases. This kind of master plan is the first in the country. In the mean-while we have started work on some of the 3 star and 5 star standard studio type serviced apartment project and residential projects of state of art architectural deign having tourism facilities in Cox's Bazar, Himchari, Inany, Teknaf, Shapuri Island and Kuakata. To develop tourism industry of the country into a world standard we have taken up plan to construct international standard 3 star and 5 star serviced apartment project and shopping center in each of the tourism spot of the country by phases including Saint Martin, Rangamati, Bandarban, Jaflong of Sylhet, Nijhum Island of Noakhali, Khulna and Sundarban. In future we shall have in our management special services of air craft, helicopter, steamer, speed boat, luxurious bus, micro bus and jeep for journey of tourists.
After handing over of our 3 star and 5 star standard projects these will be conducted on contract basis by international experts under the direct supervision of Green Delta Housing. By deducting a fixed amount of acceptable service charge from the full project rent the rest money will be deposited directly in the respective bank account of all suite owners at a proportionate rate. If any suite owner desires then he will be able to reserve his suite for him or his friends. It is the demand of time to develop tourism industry of the country for achieving national growth of double digit rapidly.
